Enabling HTTPS for Your Website

Ensure your website is secure with HTTPS, leveraging IllusionCloud’s free, automatically renewable SSL from Let's Encrypt:

  1. Access the "SSL/TLS Certificates" Section: In Plesk, go to "SSL/TLS Certificates" under your domain settings.

  2. Enable Let's Encrypt Certificate:

    • Click "Install Let's Encrypt." Follow the prompts to automatically issue a free SSL certificate for your domain.

  3. Configure HTTPS: Once the certificate is issued, navigate to "Hosting Settings" for your domain and enable "Permanent HTTPS Redirect" to ensure all traffic uses HTTPS.

Optional: Use a Custom SSL Certificate

If you prefer a custom SSL certificate:

  1. Upload the Certificate: Obtain the certificate files from your provider, then upload them in the "SSL/TLS Certificates" section.

  2. Assign the Certificate: Choose your uploaded certificate for your domain and save the changes.

Your website is now secure and ready for visitors! 🌐
